Text support:

Although we are based in Cardiff we offer support to anyone affected by a miscarriage. Regardless of if you are a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle or sibling, we are here to offer you our support.

We offer an immediate chat service via text messaging on 07706052048. This is available during the evenings (7-9pm) and weekends (5-7pm).

All messages outside of these times will be answered as soon as possible.

We offer a facebook support group where you can come and chat to other parents about issues surrounding miscarriage.

We also run a monthly support group.

Initially this was held in the community in Cardiff but since the pandemic we have been holding these groups online.

Once things get back to normal we may do a combination of both so that anyone who would like to attend and lives outside of Cardiff can still access it.

Certificates of life

We offer certificates of life to commemorate your sleeping babies. These can be provided free of charge in electronic format or for a small fee if you want us to print and post it to you.

To request a certificate simply choose which version you want and provide us with the necessary details via our contact us page. You can also direct message us on our Facebook page.

Memory boxes

We provide memory boxes to families who have recently experienced miscarriage. These memory boxes are provided free of charge (UK only) and although contents may vary, will usually contain:

A notepad and pen for you to write either messages to your baby, or to complete a brain dump, or to journal your feelings, basically anything that can help you work through your grief.
A candle to light in memory of your baby
A completed certificate of life (we will ask for your baby’s details when you message)
A Wish string bracelet
Two teddies or hearts, crotched just for you by our loving volunteers. One for you and one for baby.
A packet of Forget-me-not seeds for you to plant.
and it’s comes in a lovely, sturdy white box too.

Angel gowns

Our volunteers have been busy making angel gowns for babies that have passed.

If you would like to request one of these then please get in touch and we can discuss your requirment to make sure you get something suitable. These are provided free of charge (UK only).

Aching Arms Bears

We are also very pleased to be working with the registered charity Aching Arms to provide these very special bears to families affected by miscarriage.

These bears are for hugging and loving and bringing comfort in the aftermath of a loss and for many years following.

These can be added to memory boxes on request or individually and are completely free of charge (UK only).

These are limited to one bear per household.
